Older set of vgc PVS 14 Gen 3. NOD has a speck at 4:00 and 9:00 but does not interfere with function. Single AA battery. Has LIF installed already. I paid $1800 for these for my wife from someone on M4carbine.net back in Jun 2012. Unknown manufacturer and unknown total runtime. Nice picture and only $1200 shipped insured priority mail USPS m.o.'s only or PP add 4%.
