Here is my Novekse/LMT build minus the optic which will be a ACOG red dot combo that will be on the gun with in about two weeks.

KAC VFG giving to my by a buddy as well as the pannels

Yeah as stated in the first part I am going to have the Trijicon ACOG red dot combo on there in about two weeks. I need to repaint the vfg too just am enjoying the paint job on it because my buddy used it when he was deployed. Plus I don’t know if I am going to paint the whole rifle some combo for the local area or just paint the vfg black.

just buy a new black VFG, and keep the one that's painted if it means somthing special to you.

VFG's are cheap, and easy to swap out.

Yeah I am waiting to mess with it till figure out if I am going to spend the extra 120 for the new switch tape end for the x300 and then even more for just a regular tape switch and then run the new tango down vfg with the throw lever.

Congrats on a SOLID weapon. I would not personally paint the entire weapon, but that is me. Aside from one M4 that I use primarily as a trunk gun, I paint mostlythe rail covers, FVG & stock on my other weapons.

Nice. I am in the same boat. I got my LMT SOPMOD lower from Grant last week and plan on getting a 10.5" Noveske upper soon.

For my next AR I am looking at get an LMT/Noveske. LMT lower (no SOPMOD, no NM trigger) with a MIAD and a CTR and a Noveske 14.5" Basic upper with an Omega Rail and a T1.
