Anyone have any info on the new Burris XTR II. 1-5?
I've seen some pretty positive reviews but looking for some first hand users.

Been hearing good reviews on it too, so I purchased one from local gun store. the Glass is clean, not nightforce clear, but its atleast as good as a vortex PST, maybe lil better. The reticle is really nice and the illumination on her is BRIGHT. You could put it on 1x and shoot it as a daytime reddot. I never mounted mine on the rifle, I got it for sale, because frankly I got other projects I need to get done. But from taking it out of the box, clicking the knobs, seeing through the glass, feeling it out, think Burris did a darn good job on the xtr2 line.

I've been trying to decide between the XTR II in 1-5x24 or the SWFA-SS-HD 1-4x24 for an in progress micro-recce build, but haven't come across any direct comparisons yet. SFP vs. FFP, a little more length and weight in exchange for an additional 1x... I don't think I know enough about the pros and cons of each to really make a decision either way.

I will be getting one in any day..
Mark from CarbonArms has been running one and is very impressed.

I run a Steiner 1-5 on my 3 gun rifle and absolutely love it.. if they "borrowed" some of it's technology they will have a winner.

Any opinions based on longer-term usage? Still trying to select the optic for the AR that I am slowly piecing together. I was settled on the Viper PST 1-4 but decided to take another look after reading more about milliradian.
