2 MOA Aimpoint?

how much of a man sized steel target at 100 meters gets covered by a 2 MOA aimpoint dot? and how much of a diference does a 3X magnifier for an aimpoint make at 100 meters and 300 meters.

A 2MOA dot covers a 2" diameter at 100M , 4" at 200M, 6" at 300M, etc.

The 3X magnifier magnifies the dot in relation to the target. So it's appearance of size to the target does not change. In other words it magnifies both the dot and and target 3X, thus no change.
