Manual safety, mag disconnect = who cares.

I'm interested, but I will wait and see how it works out

I'll give it a try. The regular LC9 isn't bad but there certainly is room for improvement.

If they can fix the takeup on the trigger, it would make a world of difference. That, for me, is what is holding it back from making it a really great subcompact.

It'll probably be good, but I would think it will still be snappy. My LC9 was snappier than my shield.

I almost bought a LC9 before getting the LCR. It was all because that trigger was awful. Almost as long as an AMT Backup .380. I am jonesing for a PPS...but this might have my attention.

I have one. I've only put fifty rounds through it so far but I'm pleased to say it is "unsurprising."

The trigger is really a much improved design and I like the fact that the back of the slide is now flush with the frame. The big open area that was a lint trap on the LC-9 is now gone!

The trigger is fairly long and heavy but it is smooth and consistent all the way through. I find it very much like a nice revolver trigger. Smooth all the way through, let trigger all the way out, repeat...

What is the street price on it?

MSRP is $449 but you can probably find one for $350-ish.
