Can someone tell me if it's legal to carry a handgun loaded in a vehicle in Kansas, and without a concealed carry permit. If it is legal, do you have a link to something official. Thanks.

From my understanding it's illegal (in most states) to have a firearm (loaded, locked, accessible) in your vehicle without a permit. You may carry the gun in the trunk unloaded, with the ammo in the passenger cab to and from a range.
The NRA website has a listing of various state gun laws, I'm sure you can find it without much trouble.
