My wife purchased this new about three months ago. 9 months of factory warranty remain.
No scratches, cracks, or wear at all. Wall charger/sync cable and ear buds (never used) included.
Also, she purchased two Victoria's Secret hard phone cases which are both brand new. She paid $25.00, and $18.00 for them, total $43.00.
