Hey guys What are the pros and cons concerning this barrel? I would like to hear from the people who have experience with this particular barrel from Sabre. Thanks in advance guys.
I'm going to jump in here too for the replies. I'm also looking at the 14.5 Sabre middy with permed FH that's out now.

I don't know about any "cons" except possibly it's slightly front-heavy.
Otherwise, it F'ing rawks!!!
They are good barrels. Personally though, I would choose the Noveske N4 over it.

My Sabre mid length barrel is SCARY accurate for a chrome lined barrel.
I have one that has at least 5K rounds on it. It has shot very consistently with a variety of ammo, even when smoking hot. I have hit steel out to 400+ with some consistency with 55gr FMJ and a 2MOA aimpoint. For just a gov't profiled battle grade gun, I'm fairly impressed.
Second barrel is in a wrapper for when I kill this one. I have another battle grade barreled Sabre gun that also seems to be a consistent shooter, but I don't have the round count or variety of ammo through it to say one way or another yet.
I have a Sabre 16" middy and a Sabre 14.5" middy. No cons I'm aware of.

My Sabre 16" 1:9 has always been more accurate with smaller groups on paper than my bushmaster 16" with no extra effort on my part.
I have the 16 inch middy and the 14.5 middy by Sabre Defence. Both are beyond my current capabilities for accuracy. Both run very well no matter how dirty or hot I get them. If I'd ever have to use one seriously, it would be the 16in barreled upper. But I do like very much how light and easy swinging the 14.5 inch barrel is with the Omegs 9.0 rail. Very Sweet.
My new 14.5" Sabre mid upper come in today. Really looking forward to getting my lower from Grant soon to put rounds down it.
