Storm Lake threaded barrel

They say "may require minor fitting". I just ordered one for my M&P .45 full-size. Does anyone have any experience with these, Do they really require gunsmithing? Thanks for the help, can't wait to throw a can on the end!

My shop ordered a barrel for a customer's P227 and it required fitting. To be honest I've never had an issue with dropping them into Glock, M&P, or XDM slides.
