Use a hair dryer for 10 mins on the bottom back of the unit to dry it up. Stay away from the top light gathering tube, it's nylon and melts at 275 degrees.

Looks like the scope has developed a leak. Its supposed to have an inert gas to prevent condensation from happening. Call Trijicon to see if it is still under warranty.

Had a similar thing happen to a TA-31 I had. Trijicon was very fast with a return label and had it fixed in no time. I still believe they are the strongest optic out there but they still can fail.

Call Trijicon to see if it is still under warranty.
