"GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- A 24-year-old Grand Rapids man, newly engaged and the father of an infant, died Sunday after being hospitalized for months following an attack on the Sibley Elementary School playground, police say.

Scott Simerson suffered multiple head injuries when he was beaten May 23.

Simerson had been on the playground watching two young teens when a conflict developed with another group of young teenagers there. The attack on Simerson was not provoked, authorities earlier said."

And guess the backgrounds of the perps and victim:

It's really shocking to me how common brutal crime is in Grand Rapids now. When I was a kid, and even through last decade, it was a ridiculously quiet and safe town. There was never any news. Ever. Even when Detroit was too scary to approach, Grand Rapids was plenty safe, though potentially too boring to be worth visiting. How times change. Disgusting.

Looks like it's time to find a new route to & from GR... I always go down Fulton / Lake Michigan Dr.
Also time to ban all playgrounds in Kent County.

So another unarmed white man murdered at the hands of blacks in this country and nothing in the mainstream media, no riots, and where is Holder's special goon squad of civil rights Gestapo? Oh yeah that's right he deployed them to MO to instigate, oops I mean investigate the police shooting of a black man.

Tick-tock . . . tick-tock . . .
