Basically new. Made by Strike Hard Gear. It's designed around AK mags, but I've used AR mags in it with success. Mr. Gunsandgear did a good review on it a while back. A chest rig just doesn't jive well with my gear setup. I am looking for a couple pouches that will fit a 1.5" riggers belt. They need to fit pmags and M&P 9 mags. Or I'm asking $70 shipped
