Does anyone have any first-hand experience with these or other clamp-on brakes?

It appears to be well made, a good design and seems to have good reviews on their site. I am curious if anyone has tried a clamp-on brake, and if so did it have any detrimental impact on accuracy?

TIA for any insight!

I dont know how other people feel about them, but I don't care for clamp on brakes. Every time I see a clamp on, all I can see is the brake rotating and working its self loose. For less then 275 dollars you can have your local smith install the brake of your choice and have something that will last just as long as your barrel.

I got talking to a guy at a local long range spot in the desert here and he let me take a couple of shots with his .308 with a Witt brake. I can't speak to its long term durability obviously but I was impressed with its performance.

Thanks for the responses. Everything I've read, so far it seems to have good reviews.
