This is a good rail for a user to install. I prefer a one piece FF as they much lighter.

The Troy rail will fit over your shaved GB.

You have a cut down front sight tower.

Troy is 2 piece. One piece FF rails are lighter and stronger. The down side is that you need special tools to install them.

Daniel Defense and LaRue Tactical make the best one piece FF rails.

'Shaved' FSB which makes it into a 2 pinned low profile gas block.

This will fit under a Troy:

The muzzle device on this barrel is permanently mounted so I had to 'shave' it while it was on the barrel, then refinished with flat black Norrells.

This will fit under a Daniel Defense Lite Rail, with taper pins sometimes one or both pins need to be shortened.

With straight pins like LMT, RRA etc they're usually short enough not to contact the rail.
