Having a third nipple is actually a fairly common birth defect. Maybe she was born with a third nipple and the plastic surgeons just moved it to its new location and sculpted a breast around it?

The original Total Recall was the first thing that came to mind when I began reading this thread. I guess the dumb woman doesn't realize that there is a fetish for EVERYTHING and now she just made herself the object of desire for a whole segment of society.

Yeah I for one wasn't "shocked", it takes a lot to do that to me. We live in a world where a dude can have his wedding tackle removed and two breasts bolted on so yeah a chic getting a third tit is not something that is going to stop traffic.
But at last it was a mere hoax, ho hum Total Recall one day . . .
