Hello,

I have an old Colt 20" HBAR with a carry handle and a large screw in the front. Is anyone making a flat top for them? I recall a company doing so years ago but have yet to find someone currently making it... Thanks in advance

I was able to replace the screw type front pivot on mine with a "regular" push type. If your lower has a different size front pivot hole I believe you can buy an adapter bushing to make it fit. b

I was actually looking for one made for the large pin. I don't really want to use an adapter for it.

Like that, anyone know who else makes them that has them in stock? Maybe a vintage company that makes uppers and lowers for builds?

You can use any flat-top upper with one of these.

It allows you to use the large hole lower (.312 dia.) with a small hole Upper (.250 dia.).

Your best bet is to get a good flat top without feedramps and have it re-barreled.
