Came across some nice kit about a week ago. Especially nice for the other LEOs.
Check out 1110gear.com they've got some nice tourniquet holsters for both duty belt and vest wear. Makes it a lot more convenient than carrying one in your cargo pocket or a vest pouch.

Mine arrived today and the construction seems top notch. Definitely worth a look.

Seen these, not bad if you have the belt space.

I use this - http://www.tacmedsolutions.com/product/uniformed-medical-kit/

under my duty shirt, connecting my back and front vest pants together. Gives me space for some celox products as well.

That's another good option. I keep a TQ on my belt and one on my vest, plus a blow out kit in my camelback

My primary choice is my cargo pockets. We have 5.11 PDUs, so there are pockets inside the pockets, and a TQ, Halo, and Quickclot fit nicely in there, along with a stash of gloves.

If I'm wearing class As or in plainclothes, I wear one of these:

I wrap the gloves, chest seal and Quickclot in the folds. Works pretty well.

What about Eleven 10?

Many of my friends wear them in ankle holsters especially made for them. Will try and find the source.

Realistically there's no bad option to carry one as long as you can get to it when you need it. I just like the idea of having it visible to anyone else in case of a buddy aid situation

From one of my pals: "We are now using the Desantis double ankle mag pouch for tourn. and extra mag".

I've been using the Tuff Products ankle carrier designed for a set of cuffs and mags for a few years now. I put the TQ where the cuffs would go, and a spare 17rd mag for my G26.

They now have an ankle holder specifically for TQ's.

For duty this is a new option: http://www.tacmedsolutions.com/product/stealth-tourniquet-holster/

On my tac vest carrier I had a custom sheath made by RMR. It holds a small vertical fixed blade and he attached a BFG TQ Now to the front of the sheath. I can easily get to it with either hand and it's in plain view for another person rendering aid if I'm unconscious.

I am running the 11-10 CAT holster on my duty belt right behind my pistol. It's out of the way but still fast to retrieve should I need it. I also keep the quick-clot gauze and a halo in my right cargo pocket.

I run the 11-10 C-A-T holster at the 8 o clock or so on my duty belt. Great piece of gear with only one down side, a lot of other LEO's don't seem to know about it. Also, first post!

The TQ911 http://www.tq911.com/photo-gallery.html is another great option and very reasonably priced. A local SWAT guy who I am proud to call a friend came up with it. It's currently only produced for the CAT and is available through GT's. http://www.gtdist.com/ProductDetail.aspx?PartNumber=GT-TQ911
