G19 Gen4 Glock, about 500 rounds through it with Trijicon RM08A (amber triangle) RMR installed.
Gun is blue label and you will get a blue label box with it, you will get no magazines, the glock with rmr installed, sights installed and that is it.
I sent the slide to TSD for milling, RMR plate and screws are from them as well, you can read about the process here - http://vdmsr.blogspot.com/2014/05/glock-19-rmr-process.html (pictures are of the actual gun you get).
Installed are Ameriglo Tritium Suppressor Sights.
