Hello everyone,
I just picked up a can of the G96 CLP from my local gun store. He recommended the product over Break-Free CLP and other choices. He also advised me to spray a little on a clean cloth and wipe down the exterior of my AR. Well I noticed a white film forming on the upper. Almost like a murky, cloudy film. Anyways I wiped it down with a little regular oil and it seemed to take away the film. Anyone else experience this? Do y'all recommend spraying down the outside with G96 or similar CLP's? Any information is appreciated!
