A2 Pistol Grip Question

My lower receivers are ambidextrous. There are two small springs that show when you remove the pistol grip.

I am looking for an A2 pistol grip that has two little indentions for the springs to sit in. I've seen them before - is there a name for these?

If you mean the takedown detent on a KAC IWS lower, it requires a flat spot rather than a hole for the spring. it should be flush with the top of the grip.
