Gas block for 11 1/2 barrel?

Should I get adjustable or reg?
What brand is best for adj?
If I go with a reg one I'll go bcm or Gisele I'm thinking. My first sbr so I'm new to the whole thing. Just need bbl and gas block.
Also what barrels do you guys like and why?

I'm assuming you're talking 5.56, 1/7. Use regular gas block, carbine gas length, h2 buffer. Don't get caught up in the hype of fancy gadgets.

Yes it's 556 and I haven't got a bbl yet but it will be 1/7 1/8 at most. Thanks for the reply
