Want to send money tomorrow but got funky feeling as these are impossible to find. He says plenty to go around...

No personal clue about the seller. But when it comes to local sites, or armslist in general, I don't send money unless i know you. If I can't do face to face then I pass. Its not that I don't trust you, them, or the other guy, I don't trust anyone. Have I passed on some legit deals? Sure. Has it saved me from getting ****ed? Yeah, many a time. In the end, it is your money.....
Considering everything out there that deal doesn't look good enough to take a chance on.
Are these out there because I sure as heck can't find them, and I find everything.
I much rather buy from trusted source but I'm too tempted to put $109 on the line.

And yes, only the seekins will do...only missing part

What's special about the Seekins upper? It appears to be a pretty typical forged upper.
I don't know this company, but they seem to be an actual company anyways...premium acct on Armslist, been on there for several years, and they have the usual stuff, website, facebook, etc.
Maybe they bought a ton of these, I don't know, but they are selling them well below MAP...might be able to contact Seekins to see if they are an authorized dealer.

NFA Arms is a small, one-man shop right outside Wright-Patterson AFB in OH. I visited his store twice while I was TDY there last month: http://www.nfa-arms.com/index.html
His primary job is on base (hence significant implications for him if he was to conduct any "funny business" in this outside business), and he seems like a good guy who is happy to take the time to talk with people, explain his business, and help them with product selection. His store has odd hours because he leaves work on the base and opens up the store after work. I didn't see this particular item, but he had several dozen firearms, including NFA items, on display in the small showroom. Having met him and been in the store, I would be comfortable buying from him online, but that's up to you to decide. I'd give him a call and talk to him about the upper, where he got it, etc. if that would help.

Does Armslist not have seller ratings? I don't see any on this ad, but I've never bought anything there, so I might be missing it.
No they don't have feedback
It's $100, I feel comfortable with it now. He just seemed to be short with me but as someone said...he works on base all day
Thank you

Or you can buy one from here http://www.jsesurplus.com/seekinsprecisionsp15forgedupper-2.aspx
I ordered something from them once a while ago, with no issue (don't remember what it was, but it was the only place I could find it at the time).

Here is a link to NFA Arms' website. They are a Class III dealer too.
