View Full Version : Can anyone identify this extension nut?

Watching the Hickok45 video today and notice on this .300 pistol build a very long receiver extension nut.

I would love to have this on my pistol build. It would be a great way to get my sig brace further out without getting a long(er) buffer tube. I am limited in length here in MI.

Looks like one of the Gen 1 KAK Industries (http://www.kakindustry.com/ar-15-parts/lower-parts/buffer-tubes-and-parts/pistol-buffer-tubes/sig-sb15-pistol-buffer-tube) tubes.

How much too long? There is some meat at the end that could be lost if one wanted too!

26" max. Does not include muzzle device or SIG brace (anything that is not permanently attached or required for the pistol to function).

Thanks! I was just on Phase5's site last night (I knew they had short buffer tubes) and didn't even notice that model.
