Need help in identifying a trigger group.

I bought a complete high end lower on another forum.
I am in Canada and finding this particular lower brand new is impossible without a private import which is costly and may take up to 3 months
The lower was supposed to be built with a well known brand of LPK as well as a MIL Spec buffer tube etc.
The add said something like 200 rounds through it.
The pics looked fantastic etc.
The lower arrived yesterday so I begin checking it out. For the most part it is as the photos described however there are drag marks from the charging handle on the top of the receiver which there was no photo showing that angle.

The trigger has a mile of creep and then the weight begins to stack before it breaks.
I tried the lower on a few of my uppers to see if the lower was out of spec causing the drag marks and no contact made with any of my uppers.

As soon as I racked the charging handle there was an awful sound like a file being dragged over metal.
I completely stripped the lower and found the mil spec buffer tube is not smooth on the inside from machining marks.

The bottom line is that I swapped out the buffer tube with a spare Vltor I had kicking around.
I installed a Phase 5 Tactical ERBv2 and a Noveske/Magpul STS safety as was originally planned.
I swapped the trigger group with an ALG I had laying around till my Geissele DMR arrives.

Besides the rub marks on the lower it doesn't affect me all that much however if someone with not much experience purchased this lower they would have been disappointed in something that was supposed to have been built with quality parts.

I have not yet contacted the seller since I am unsure of what to do.
He has a perfect trader rating of 100+.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The marks from the charging handle are completely normal. What does the face of the hammer look like? That should tell you how many rounds were actually put through it. Mil-spec triggers feel like crap with a mile of a creep as you said. When you get the Geissele, you will be spoiled forever.

I've always thought brand new, factory lubed guns felt gritty when racking the charging handle. That should go away with time. Clean and lube everything and it will smooth things out quite a bit.

I already have 2 Geissele triggers an SSA-E and an S3G which have spoiled me forever.
I have put over 3,000 rounds through my Gen 1 Noveske which has a BCM Gunfighter Mod4 charging handle without a single mark.

I have 2 MIL Spec triggers, one from a Noveske and the other from a CMT LPK and neither have much creep just a heavy break.

Can you get a picture of the upper wear you are talking about? I have 2 separate uppers with BCM charging handles. The rainier upper has very minimal wear along the top of the receiver and the BCM one has significant wear both from the small square nub on the top of the charging handle near the front. I don't think its an issue.

Gen 1 with 3,000 rounds by me. The original owner of the lower put another 500 rounds through it.
No visible wear anywhere even after carbine courses lying in dirt shooting modified prone.
Not a single failure in 3,000 rounds.

My mistake, I misread the original post as to where the wear was located.

That lower has a lot more rounds through it than the 200...

All of that appears to be normal wear.
