View Full Version : Glock replacement frame? Glock or aftermarket?

I did some work on my G19 and shaved a little too much on the trigger guard. Frame flex isn't a issue right now but "could" be in the future. I am now wanting to replace the frame so I won't have the issue lingering around. Glock will replace my frame for $100+shipping (overnight, me to them)+tax...or I could possibly go aftermarket like Lonewolf compact frame for I believe $200.

If you guys were in my position, which manufacturer would you go with? Glock or Lonewolf?...any other manufacturers have frames? Know of any guys like ZEV or the like have customized frames for sale?...

My main thing was that I was going to have someone clean up the work I've done to my handgun but 3 companies said that my trigger guard is too thin for their liking and didn't want to risk putting their name on it. And I completely understand and agree with them if I were them.

Hope you guys can give me some insight/direction.

I'd go factory without hesitation.
