Wills shooting .223 from a 5.56 AR do any damage or loss of accuracy? Sometimes I can get .223 cheaper than 5.56. And what about those off brand stuff from Romania,Russia, Brazil, Serbia etc. Is this ammo any good or questionable? Thanks for your help.

Wont hurt anything. The ammo can be questionable. But generally won't hurt anything. Here's the 5.56/.223 tacked thread:

To anwer your question, A 5.56 NATO chamber can safely handle up to 62,000 PSI. A .223 Remington chamber can safely handle up to 55,000 PSI.

With that said, A 223 Remington chamber is more accurate because it is tighter than a 556 NATO chamber.

Keep it simple and use a barrel with a 223 Wylde Chamber. A 223 Wylde chamber is chamber than can safely handle NATO pressure ammo while keeping the accuracy advantage of a standard 223 Remington chamber.
I only use Wylde chambered barrels.
