Does ISIS have the armament that warrants all those SABOT rounds?

Our tank crews had preferred the Canister round due to its shotgun effect on buildings and such. But, guess I'll keep my arm chair QB'ing to a minimum

ISIS warrants a glass parking lot with their shadows etched in, but that's just me.

I cannot imagine them being able to field the necassary support to keep them in fuel, ammo and spare parts.

Iran does.

And apparently ISIS has been operating captured Syrian tanks. At this point, it's possible they might be operating captured Iraqi tanks, too, but I haven't heard anything to that effect.
