how do i know what to set my alti and baro reference to? the manual only tells me how to, but not what values it shoukd be for my area. how can i find that, want to get the most out of this awesome watch.

If you have or have access to a quality GPS you should be able to get an accurate number for your elevation above sea level.

Yeah I have a garmin so that would be good, how about the barometer?
