Receiver Extension Tube

Is there such a thing as a high quality A1 receiver extension (buffer) tube? I am unable to find a 7075 tube or anyone even listing their tubes specs. This is one of my last parts for my "spare no expense" build. Too me, a lot is going on in that tube and it should be a quality part, It just doesn't seem as it is treated that way, at least from all my research. Plenty out there on adjustables, but fixed, not so much. Sure could use a line on something. Dan.

Sounds interesting. Will there be a build thread? Absolutely, I have been gathering parts for almost a year now. 18" Noveske BBL, and Gen 2 lower BCM 15" KMR, MUR, Nightforce Unimount, V7, ect, ect, ect. This tube will go with a Lancer AI Carbon Fiber stock. Dan

If I'm not mistaken, an A1 and A2 stock use the same buffer tube. A2 stocks gets an added spacer inside because it is longer than an A1 stock. Any M16 rifle receiver extension will work. But yeah, Specialized Armament, Brownell's (Colt) or the BCM part will work fine and be of good quality.
