These springs are basically brand new...I only used each for approx 100rds. The tungsten guide rod is from Speed Shooter Specialties and has been tested in 2 different M&P 9mm guns...a VTAC 40 cal and a 9mm Pro CORE. No issues whatsoever just sold some guns and don't have any use for this anymore.
