First issue: On "The Chart" it calls for .154" pins for the FCG. Are the pins found in the STAG LPK .154"? I'm assuming they are, right?

Second issue: I swapped out the STAG disconnector that came in the STAG LPK with a Colt disconnector, as the STAG disco was in BAD shape; however, in looking over the invoice from SAW, I see that it's a .155 semi-auto disconnector. Will this be an issu due to the trigger pin being .154? When I ordered from SAW, and talked to Tina, there weren't any .154" discos, just .155".

Thanks.

To the best of my knowledge there are no .154 in. pins. They are either .155 in. or .170 in. pins. At least as far as Colt goes. I believe that the email I got from Bushamster said that they aslo use .155.

So, then, does "The Chart" have a typo? On it it states: "Milspec Dia. (.154") FCG pins.

I don't know what to say. My reference material from Colt states .155. Even if it was correct that is such a small difference I wouldn't be concerned.

Aftermarket (read non-Colt) ARs use mil-spec sized pins .154"-.155"

ONLY Colt semi-auto guns even their LE models use the larger .170+" pins, again ONLY Colt uses large pins. (earlier Colts like SP1s and some others uses .155").
