Anybody monitoring on here?
Two emails sent on SF's site.
I know it's still shortly after Holidays but still.
Like to return for replacement or repair.

I'm sure it has to do with SHOT Show, I'd try giving them a call like JBecker said. They'll get you squared away.

I've found that Surefire's pretty slow at responding to emails, but calls have always resolved my issues very quickly.
Did you check here to see if your part is listed in Surefire's rapid (free) replacement program?

I got a new X300 Ultra battery compartment door in about a week using this program.

Yeah Roger. The lever is on the actual light body and snapped off. It's not the tailcap. I'll give em a shout later. Thanks.
I'd give the warranty/tech support dept a call. Please keep in mind they're probably all at Shot so you may not get a warranty claim filed asap.
+1 on calling. SureFire seems to have a slow response time to emails. I emailed them once and by the time they got back to me, I had solved the problem myself.

Not so stoked. Called shortly after my last post. Got a nice guy on the phone. Advised what I needed. Got a shim kit and Rocksett I requested online a week prior. Nothing since. Emailed again. Placed another call and nobody had idea. I hung up.
I reckon I gotta start ****in Streamlight my business. It's KILLIN me.
