rcbs swaging tool for 9mm

Does anyone know if the rcbs primer pocket swaging tool will work on 9mm pistol brass. Only videos i see show them useing it on 5.56. Thanks.

I haven't used it for 9mm but I'm sure it will. It'll probably be alittle wobblier since the long bottleneck 223 case almost keeps the base square with the swage. One note in the directions that is critical goes with adjusting the tool for a lot or brand of brass based on the web thickness. If you have it adjusted for say win or rem 223 then start running some LC through that has a thicker web, the support rod can be bent. Sort your brass and swage in batches and check/adjust for each brand of brass. I have both the rcbs and dillon and use them on milsurp 556/762 only.
