IMI M80, Any Experience With It?

I bought 1000 rounds of IMI 7.62 NATO and I shot a few rounds informally. I want to find out what others have experienced with this ammo. Anyone?

I really didn't find the IMI 7.62 to be very good, so it'll be my .308 plinking ammo. Anyone else have an opinion?

I had some years ago and ran it through my M1a rifles. It was decent stuff,boxer primed so for me it was fine,,it was more blamo-ammo not really match grade,but it all worked good enough.

Thanks for the reply, yeah that's my take. I was NOT impressed with it's accuracy when I just chucked some shots down range. Oh well, it is cheap to shoot.

I agree,,brass held up fine running it in my M1a NM and my Scout rifle. If your blasting it out of a AR type rifle it should do fine for ya. It was a looong time ago but I think I still have some of the brass in my stash !
