A bill, H.R. 378, has been introduced by Rep. Michael Honda (D-California) in the House which would probit the possession of body armor by civilians with only a few exceptions. Violations can be punishable by up to 10 years in prison! This is outrageous. Contact your Representatives and let's kill this bill before it gets off the ground.
