Tactical Tailor Modular Operator Pack: help add a quick release please

I have a Tactical Tailor Modular Operator Pack (http://www.tacticaltailor.com/modularoperatorpack.aspx), that I'm scratching my head on how to add a quick-release to it to the shoulder strap closest to the waist
