This was my first rifle, bought it back in 2012 and it's gone through various iterations since then. It started life as a dissipator with all Magpul furniture. Went to a Troy VTAC handguard when I started shooting 3 gun a year later. Well, here it is after I redid it again:

Went with a KMR 13 and while it was torn apart, I installed an SLR adjustable gas block based upon the recommendation of some forum members. I was a little nervous about the clearance inside the KMR but it fits just fine, even with a regular weight barrel. Also dropped in a JP LMOS bcg to further soften the impulse.

For the lower, I went with a Geissele SD-E cause it's awesome, a Noveske ambidextrous short throw safety, and a BCM mod 3 grip. And finally I put a Tactical Link battery assist lever back on. I ditched it on my other rifle after switching over to a Seekins bolt catch, but I do like being able to lock the bolt back while keeping a normal grip on the gun. I'll run it in a few matches to see how well it works with the flat trigger; hopefully the don't get in the way of each other.

The idea for this rebuild was to lose weight without breaking the bank. This will mainly be used in local carbine and 3 gun matches that don't have shots past 200 yards. I have a dedicated recce for those.
