Has anyone had a chance to try out the new Enduron series of powders from IMR yet? Supposed to be temperature insensitive, smaller sized extruded grains, and have copper fouling additives.

No.... but I'm going to as soon as I can find some of them.

Here's a thread I started on IMR 4166, which is the fastest of the new Enduron powders:

It looks very promising for Barnes TSX bullets that are bad about fouling barrels. I have some 70gr TSX's loaded up, but have yet to shoot them.

For 100 or so hunting rounds, it's not horrible to load, but it sucks for loading in volume. It's a lot like Varget in that respect. They aren't exactly "small sized grains" like they advertise.

I'm interested in the slower burning powders, maybe as possible replacements for 4350 and 4831 in my .280AI. My particular rifle has given nice results with the Barnes 140gr TTSX, and even though the barrel doesn't foul much even with these; a copper fouling eraser will still help.
