Looking to put a URX4 on my build, but want to be sure my SDN6 will fit under. Anyone have any insight on this?
Need more info. What length barrel, what length rail??

10" rail, 10.5" barrel
Rule of thumb for AAC mounts is that you want to have .75" between the rail length and barrel length.

Bummer. Alright then, thanks for saving me the hassle!
wait, you want it to fit UNDER or IN FRONT?
It seems like your OP says UNDER but then you and themonk's conversation points to putting it IN FRONT.
The URX 4.0 is 1.5" ID. The SDN6 is 1.5" OD plus the latch. I doubt it will fit or if it does fit it will be VERY tight.
There are few 9.5" rails on the market: Centurion CMR and Giessele come to mind. I have a 9.5" CMR on a 10.5" build with and SDN6 it fits great in front(obviously doesnt fit under as the CMR is tiny).

I was wanting it UNDER, but it doesn't seem like that's a possibility :-/
My bad, sorry I missed the under part. It also won't fit under ;)

Haha no worries.
A couple of options.
The PRI round handguards are 1.75" ID. Maybe that would work?

Spikes Tactical makes some rails that are 1.8" ID.
The BCM KMR9 is 9.4" long
