Wow! He carried the fight forward, putting himself between the robber and his coworkers and made the necessary shots to stop the immediate threat. Simply put, a citizen hero.

I just read about this and it took me back to my retail pharmacy days. We were broken into half a dozen times after hours but never any trouble during business hours.

I wish him and his family much support and strength to carry on. Even though he was within his legal right to self defense and the defense of his staff and customers. I'm sure a man of his religious and moral convictions has to deal with the psychological burden of taking someones life.

Wow. Not to Monday Morning QB the guy.... but he did what a lot of us might do and fired once and assessed. Glad it worked out, and I'm not critical at all... but I try every time I practice to force myself to shoot aggressively.

You can kinda see that the first shot was likely fatal... but the scumbag seems to have been able to get or attempt to get a return shot at the Pharmacist. A good lesson... when the fight is on, go all out until it's damn sure done.

After the video of the shooting people are posting pictures of the armed robber with his family and trying to generate sympathy for him.

Well, when the family goes to sue at least the guy's lawyer can say he tried to shoot the gun out of his hand first.
