I hate to do this, but I've but I've been doing my research and have been referring back to the comparison chart of major manufacturers. Does anyone know how Alexander Arms stands on that chart, and against LMT. I'm trying to decide what lower to buy. Lewis Machine and tool or Alexander Arms.

I don't think Alexander arms makes a 5.56mm AR. Any if you do find one chances are someone built the gun using a Alexander Arms lower.

No that's not what I meant. I'm trying to decide on the lower. I can get an AA and an LMT lower for about the same money, I just want to know if one is better than the other. I have been referring to "the Chart" and AA is not on it. Basically I would like to know if the AA has
1: 1-1/4" receiver extension
2: staked castle nut
3: H buffer
4: milspec FCG pins
5: a nice fit and finish

I would especially like to hear from members who have had, handled, or tried both. Thanks in advance. I am a newbie so feel free to correct.

I don't know much about AA, but you can't go wrong with LMT! :)

IMHO having the LM&T lower will add value to the package. Not implying anything against A.Arms. Just my thoughts.;)
