Midwest Industries Push Button Swivel question

Does anyone know if this mount:

Will fit in the slot molded into this stock replacing the existing loop?

I may be wrong, but I highly doubt you're going to find anyone with that exact setup who has swapped to that exact MI product.

If I were in your shoes I would send MI the dimensions of your current setup, plus a few pictures and see what they say. Good luck regardless.

I have it, it does not fit into the existing recess of an Arsenal polymer stock. And since steel sling loops are generally the same dimensions, I'll go ahead and say that it won't fit yours either.

I ended up mounting it to the front of the stock for a short time, then receiver when I changed the stock.

Yep. At least with the MI mount I had. The locking piece has a generous amount of throw so I could just drop it on and lock. Was still just as quick to remove. Either way, I've always used an Ultimak with this rifle.
