I have a very particular problem. I have a DD MK18 upper (10.3") and have a battlecomp 51.0 to run on it. I used a ton of rocksett when tightening it down BUT the only think I could do to tighten was run a thin piece of metal through the tiny ports and hand tighten because the flat points where a wrench is to be used is under the rail. I cannot take the rail off and tighten then replace it because the 51.0 wont fit under the opening at the front of the rail. And ideas on how to get it to proper torque before I try my can on it?

Proper torque is only 20 Ftlbs. You may be able to accomplish this with a strap wrench. If the flats are not accessible you should check to make sure that your can will attach correctly.

I also used a strap wrench on a 51T Brakeout with good results. The strap gripped onto the ratchet teeth very well.

Thanks for the info. I'll pick up a strap wrench soon. Didn't even think of that as an option. And the suppressor does fit with a few mm of space. It looks awesome but I was scared to shoot it thinking the brake would come lose and if get a baffle strike. Thanks again for the suggestions. Her is the can on it:

Here it is. Awful photo but it'll shoot great once its tightened down a bit.
