View Full Version : Does the KAC 200-600 BUIS have a plastic aperture ring?

I am looking for a folding BUIS to replace my LMT (which will be going to a friends build); the Troy is at the top of my list, but I've had enough good luck with KAC stuff that I figure I would give it a look. This would be going on my 6920, behind a Larue/Aimpoint combo.

I know the 300m flip up has a plastic small-hole aperture thingee that can be removed; does the 200-600 also have this aperture, or is it just a small hole? (I can't really tell from the pics I have seen.)

Thanks in advance!,
Bob

Some (very very few) where made that way for a mil customer.

Admittedly I run a 600 like that I tossed the small aperature insert away (like I do with my 300's)

Dano --sorry -- yes the 600m is standard with the small aperature.

They built a very small amount (coldblue would know) with the 300m aperature and insert.

Kevin, I am sure that I had read somewhere once before where you were talking about drilling out the Knights 600 meter sight to a larger diameter; I was thinking you said 5mm. Can you tell me what diameter aperture your 600 meter sights are?
