I know the usual way of doing things is to buy a gun and then ask if I bought a “good gun”. :)
I am curious if anyone has experience with the Springfield Range Officer Compact.
It is a CCO in 9mm. Ltwt officer lower and commander length slide.
Heavy trigger and crappy sights are a given and would be changed.
I like the Colt CCOs and carry one daily. It would be nice to have a 9mm to work with that doesn’t beat up my hands as much as the 45. It would it function as a CCW and backup when using a 9mm in Steel Plate matches if my full size STI goes down.
One of my specific questions is will it feed hollow points when I carry it, as some 1911 9mms have a problem feeding hollow points.
TIA
