New, never shot BCM 16" mid length upper with 15" KMR rail. This has the ELW barrel with factory installed BCM gunfighter muzzle brake. Also comes with a BCM Mod 4 charging handle and one 7 slot keymod rail section. Does not come with BCG. I bought this upper for my wife but she wants a 14.5 instead...
