Stag lower will be just fine. Pretty much any mil-spec lower with the lower parts kit that makes you happy will do. Unless you're building the gun with an eye towards reselling it. Then an LMT lower will bring more money later.
FWIW, a standard LMT lower is $330

You beat me to it Rob.
What is the difference of the Standard trigger and the stage 2? what would i be doing that id need a stage 2? because its a $130 difference with that i can buy 500 rounds of ammo.
I would absolutely pass on the 2-stage. No use for it, and it's not as robust.
awesome ... hey does the stag for 290 come with everything i need besides the upper? it doesnt say if it included the bcg

Go with LMT and don't look back......
A complete lower is not going to come with a BCG.
oh wait .. id come with the upper right? ok its Stag 290 and LMT 350 with the LEO markings. 60 bucks difference hmmmm
can someone tell me how to order the lower

Shop around at the nearby gun dealers as FFL transfer fees can and do vary greatly (some for free and on up ). Some dealers may or may not even order a lower for you - sad but true. I found a local FFL holder that will transfer for $10,most around here are $35-50 per item.
Ok ... ill probably make some phone calls tomorrow while at work. mean while i shouldnt have any problem ordering ammo and a scope from CTD and the upper from LMT right?

Pyro , you do realize that the retailers (look through the vendors listed on this site, in the vendors section, further down the main page) can cut you a better price than ordering directly from the manufacturer, don't you ? Just a helpful suggestion.
