The driver pulled out a handgun and fired six shots at Custodio, hitting him several times, according to court records. Responding officers found Custodio lying on the ground, bleeding, Quinn said. No other injuries were reported.

All I can see is the Uber driver getting so many city ordinances thrown his way and the media comparing him to George Zimmerman for the next several days, he'll be guilty by association. Bloomberg won't let this victory for CCW permit holders get to far.

Authorities have already opted not to charge him. As long as he continues to fly straight and keep his nose clean there won't be any issues. GZ was involved in a SD shooting with questionable circumstances and few eye-witnesses to corroborate the body of evidence.
