I received these in a trade and have no use for them. I'm not sure if they were ever installed on a rail, but both are in excellent condition. One set of "High Rings" (Item# 49865), Second set of "Medium" rings (Item# 48963). Both in Matte Black finish. I'm not sure if the torn wrench was ever included, but if needed I'm sure I could round one up.
From the Leupold site: These solid steel rings lock down and release with just a few turns of the adjustable levers. QRW design allows you to remove and reattach a scope and return within a half-inch of the original point of impact. The rings are equipped with Torx head screws.
