Ya we got about 25 of them and they went in 4 days flat. :eek:

we got a few ubrs in the shop that i work at, and i really wasnt a fan. we may have managed to make the heaviest gun ever by putting it on a 11.5" hbar with a sir system on it.........

Did the UBR stocks you had have slotted screw holding the stock to buffer tube or hex?

The reason I'm asking I saw pictures of UBR stock installation on errornet ;) and it had a hex screw my UBR had a slotted screw. Not that it matters a lot :o but I'd like to know is Magpul changed as I think the hex screw is easier to install with allen wrench as opposed to slotted with screwdriver.

To be honest, I don't remember. I think it was a slot though.

The prototype has a hex screw.

The current ones, unless there is about to be a change, have a slotted flat head that is drilled with a drain hole.

just ordered one directly from magpul today over the phone.

they're only 7-10 days out in production.

i'll have mine in 1-1.5 weeks.

heh mine didnt even come with a screw, i was scrambling to every store i thought may have something. magpul sent me one overnight (very good customer service) but i wished it was hex over flathead.

measure it, and replace with same size allen bolt.

or call them, and ask what size it is.

Could someone tell my why the UBR is so much better than the rest? Or is it?
