...in ensuring the UBR is GTG but the wait is KILLING me.
I don't guess anybody has heard rumors of estimated shipping date(s) yet, huh?

we got a few ubrs in the shop that i work at, and i really wasnt a fan. we may have managed to make the heaviest gun ever by putting it on a 11.5" hbar with a sir system on it.........

Did the UBR stocks you had have slotted screw holding the stock to buffer tube or hex?
The reason I'm asking I saw pictures of UBR stock installation on errornet ;) and it had a hex screw my UBR had a slotted screw. Not that it matters a lot :o but I'd like to know is Magpul changed as I think the hex screw is easier to install with allen wrench as opposed to slotted with screwdriver.

To be honest, I don't remember. I think it was a slot though.

The prototype has a hex screw.
The current ones, unless there is about to be a change, have a slotted flat head that is drilled with a drain hole.

measure it, and replace with same size allen bolt.
or call them, and ask what size it is.
Could someone tell my why the UBR is so much better than the rest? Or is it?
billybronco,
Do you know if the FDE color is able to be ordered as well? Do you mind sharing the cost with us? Thanks.
